This "Wine Like Beverage" is fermented by adding water to grape pomace after they are pressed. Think "seltzer" with flavors of cranberry and pomegranate. Served on the rocks.
We chop up oranges and apples and add them to our sweet red blend wine. We leave the fruit overnight and remove it the next day. We also add orange juice and apple juice to make a very refreshing and delicious drink!
